The personal fitness trainer will be in a better position to help you come up with realistic goals that you can achieve within a given period of time. Overall, you can be assured that you will get the best results with a personal trainer.

Improve your flexibility

One of the first and obvious benefits of yoga is improved flexibility. At first, you might not be able to touch your toes, but if you stick to this, you will experience gradual loosening and you will be able to do some poses that were hard at the beginning. The pains and aches will disappear. Overall, all of your muscles will become flexible and you have improved posture.

Build muscle strength

Strong muscles do not only look good, but they also help protect yourself from conditions such as back pain, arthritis and prevent falls. Yoga helps you build strength, balance and flexibility at the same time. Combined with exercises, yoga will help build strong muscles.

Increase flow of blood

Yoga and exercises boost your blood flow. In addition, relaxation exercises you do in yoga can assist your blood circulation, especially in your feet and hands. You also gain more oxygen to your body cells, making them to function in the right way. Twisting poses help wring out venous blood from your internal body organs and make it possible for oxygenated blood to flow effectively once the twist is released. This can assist you in case you have swelling in your legs as a result of kidney and heart problems. Yoga and exercises also help boost red blood cell and haemoglobin levels.

Boost immunity

When you stretch and contract muscles, move your organs around and do yoga postures you boost the drainage of lymph nodes. This makes it easy for the lymphatic system be able to fight infections, destroy cancerous cells and eliminate all toxic waste products.
